SHIPPING POLICY
RiomarShoes.com offers four shipping options: Standard Delivery, Express Delivery, Overnight Delivery and US Postal Service. Orders can be shipped anywhere in the 50 United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands. Shipping occurs during normal business days (Monday – Friday), excluding postal holidays.
During the Holiday Season, some orders may be delayed. Please reach out to customerservice@riomarshoes.com for more information.

Overnight | You will receive your purchase within 1-3 business days from your order date.* Orders must be placed by 10 a.m. EST Mon-Friday to be processed for overnight delivery (does not cover weekend delivery). |
Custom | Estimated delivery of your custom shoes is about 2 weeks from order date.* At this time, custom product cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or FPO/APO addresses. |

CANCELING ORDERS
At Riomar, our goal is to expedite your order as quickly as possible; therefore, once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled or changed.
