ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Thank you for supporting small business! Our desire is to make wonderful shoes and get them on your feet as quickly as possible. We will strive to do that! But – we are not Amazon. We are simple cobblers. Thanks for bearing with us. The Commodore has provided some helpful information to make your experience with us smoother.

Approximate Shipping Windows

Most orders are processed within 2 business days prior to shipping

Standard Delivery: 2-6 business days in transit (UPS Ground)

Express Delivery: 2-3 business days in transit (UPS 2nd Day Air)

Overnight Delivery: 1-2 business days in transit (UPS Overnight)

Q: If I order shoes and accessories, will they all ship together?

We always try to ship orders in as few packages as possible. Customized products can often ship separately or have a later ship date.

Q: How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

Most orders are processed within 2 business days, and can take up to an additional 2 business days to ship. Custom Orders normally take 5-7 business days to ship.

Q: What if I need my order ASAP?

Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days, and can take up to an additional 2 business days to ship. We strive to ship all 2nd Day and Overnight orders the same business day if they are in stock and placed by 3:45 PM Central Time. Custom Orders normally take 5-7 business days to ship.

Q: Why is my order delayed?

Most commonly, order delays are caused by errors in order data. This can include your billing address not matching what your bank has on file, or errors when inputting your shipping address. To ensure your order is processed swiftly, we recommend double checking that all information is correct when placing your order.

Q: If I change my mind, can I cancel or change my order?

Our goal is to make wonderful shoes and get them on your feet as quickly as possible, which means we work quickly to expedite your order. Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. To review our return policy, click here.

We do! Please allow for additional processing time.

Q: Do you offer replacement insoles?

We are not currently offering replacement insoles.

Q: Do you offer replacement bearings?

Q: One of my Bearing Pins came out. What do I do?

PAYMENT
Q: What methods of payment does RiomarShoes.com accept?

We currently accept the following forms of payment: • Credit Card (VISA, American Express, MasterCard, Discover Card) • PayPal (must be a U.S. account) • Riomar Gift Cards • Prepaid Gift Cards (MasterCard & American Express only)

Q: Do you accept international credit cards?

Riomar only accepts credit cards issues from U.S. banks with U.S. billing and shipping addresses at this time. 

Q: How is sales tax calculated?

We collect sales tax on orders delivered to certain jurisdictions. Order totals listed on your screen reflect estimated sales tax to your delivery area. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect the applicable state and local sales taxes and will be calculated at the time of checkout. Your actual tax total will include the correct local sales tax (if applicable). If you have any questions about the tax rate, please contact the Commodore at customerservice@riomarshoes.com

Q: Do Riomar Shoes run true to size?

We believe our shoes run true to size. Our shoes are built upon European standards, and can run slightly narrower than a standard American shoe. Our shoes are built to fit snug & be worn without socks! We have provided a helpful sizing guide here. Still not sure? We’d be happy to help. Q: Will my shoes stretch?

All of our shoes will give a little where your foot might want, but it depends on the leather. The suedes are the supplest & the Fathom series is the most firm. Please reach out to the Commodore for additional information.

Q: Are Riomar Shoes waterproof?

We build our shoes to perform on the water. Beach to Boat to Boardroom. We are Watermen that live a life demanding on our footwear. Each of our leathers is fully waterproofed during the tanning process. That said, let’s be clear. This is no water sock. Water socks are not allowed in the Yacht Club!
