Exchanges

It’s important to us that you find the Riomar Shoe that is right for you. That’s why we offer free exchanges on all of our products (excludes customized items). 

To initiate an exchange, please send an e-mail to the Commodore at customerservice@riomarshoes.com. Please indicate your order number in the subject line and the style, color, and size you are looking for in the e-mail to ensure you get the speediest service. 

Please allow extra time (on top of our typical order processing and shipping time) for your exchange to reach you.  

 

Returns

Riomar Shoes happily accepts returns on all unused, unworn products (excludes customized items) within 30 days from the date of purchase.  

For the Holiday Shopping Season, the return window has been extended to January 15, 2024.

Items marked as FINAL SALE on the product page, at checkout or in your order confirmation are not eligible for a return or exchange. Gift cards and custom bearings are considered FINAL SALE.  

Only items purchased through riomarshoes.com may be exchanged or returned to our online warehouse. Items purchased through our wholesale partners must be exchanged or returned at the place of purchase.  

We are unable to process any returns (including exchanges) that are returned more than 30 days after purchase.  

To request a return:  

    • Send an e-mail to customerservice@riomarshoes.com with your order number, item, size, and color you’d like to return, and reason for return, if applicable. 
    • The returns team will reply to your e-mail by issuing you an RMA number. Please be sure to include your original packing slip or copy of your order in the package, and write the RMA number (this would be your order number) on the slip.  
  • Package up your return, including all original packaging and tags, in a safe box and mail to:

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund.  

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of your return’s arrival to our warehouse. A credit will be automatically be applied to your original form of payment which can take up to 7 business days. Riomar Shoes is not responsible for any packages that do not arrive at our warehouse. We recommend saving your tracking number.   

If your package has been delivered, it has been 7-10 business days, and you still have not received a refund, please: 

  • Double check the account associated with your original payment method 
  • Contact your bank or credit card company 
  • If you have completed all of these steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@riomarshoes.com  

International Customers: All shipping charges related to returns or exchanges are the customer's responsibility. Duties or custom taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
