"Riomar sent me the briefcase but i ordered the duffle bag. So I cannot rate the duffle. However the briefcase was so elevated and functional that I told them to charge me, I will keep it. I am however very disappointed that they made no gesture to reduce the price given the inconvenience. Aslo my Riomar points were not usable toward price. They did however immediately send out the duffle and their response time was rapid when responding to my email. I own 10+ Riomar items and this is the first issue i have had. Still a huge fan. . ."

"Absolutely love this thing. Thoughtful design, great quality leather, spacious enough for 3 days. Only thing missing is "feet" on the bottom for when I invariably set it something I should not!"
