A written product review earns 25 points and a photo review earns 30. A video review earns 200 points, and it stacks with the written review, so posting a video review earns 225 points. That is enough to redeem the 200-point reward for $20 off, with points left over.

Log in to your Riomar account, open the rewards page, and choose a discount. Your code applies at checkout. $10 off needs a $50 minimum order, $20 off a $60 minimum, and $30 off or $40 off a $100 minimum.

Rewards come in four fixed amounts: 100 points for $10 off, 200 points for $20 off, 300 points for $30 off, and 400 points for $40 off. Points can only be redeemed at those four levels, not converted at a set rate.

Yes. Points expire one year after you earn them. You will get an email reminder 30, 14, and 7 days before any points are due to expire, so there is time to redeem them.

No. Riomar reward codes cannot be combined with other discount codes, and only one code can be applied per order. Use whichever code gives you the larger saving.

Points you earned on that order are deducted in proportion to the refunded amount. If you redeemed a reward on the order, those points are returned to your balance and keep their original expiry date.

There are four tiers, based on total spend with Riomar: Bronze at $249, Silver at $500, Gold at $1,500, and Commodore at $2,500. Each tier increases how quickly you earn points.

Yes. Riomar counts your full order history toward tier qualification, including orders placed before you joined the Riomar Yacht Club.

Higher tiers earn points faster: Bronze earns 1 point per dollar, Silver 1.25, Gold 1.5, and Commodore 2. Entering a tier also pays bonus points: 25 points for Silver, 50 for Gold, and 100 for Commodore.

Riomar Yacht Club tiers are lifetime, so once you reach one you keep it, with no annual reset and no need to re-qualify. The one exception is refunds: if a refund drops your total spend below the tier threshold, you move down a tier.

Share your referral link while logged in to your account. Your friend gets $20 off their first order of $200 or more, applied automatically at checkout. Once their order completes, you earn 200 points, exactly enough to redeem $20 off.

Referral points are awarded after your friend's order is complete and their email address is verified. You must be logged in when you share your link, and your friend's order must total at least $200.
